Thai Curry Broth

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kroma Chicken or Vegetable Broth sachet
  • 12-16oz water
  • 1 tsp Thai green curry paste
  • ¼ C coconut milk
  • ½ C shredded bok choy
  • ½ C spiraled zucchini
  • 1 handful assorted mushrooms (enoki, reishi, shitake)
  • 5-7 cilantro leaves
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Boil 12-16oz of water
  • Add Kroma Chicken or Vegetable Broth sachet + Thai green curry paste to hot water
  • Heat 1 tbsp of coconut or avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bok choy, spiraled zucchini + mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Pour bone broth over bok choy and zucchini and add coconut milk. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add lime juice, basil + cilantro
  • Sprinkle with hemp seeds

Optional:

  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee or olive oil for satiation and fat burning
  • Add ¼ C of roasted organic chicken for additional protein

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kroma Vanilla Plant Protein sachet
  • 12-16oz of nut milk or coconut water
  • 1 C fresh spinach
  • ½ C frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Add Kroma Vanilla Plant Protein sachet, nut milk or coconut water, spinach and blueberries to your blender and blend for 2 minutes
  • Add ice and blend for 1 minute
  • Sprinkle with hemp seeds

Optional:

  • Use ½ nut milk + ½ coconut water or ½ nut milk and ½ water as desired
