24K Chicken Pho

Kroma Reset Approved (if you swap pho rice noodles for spiraled zucchini noodles)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C Kroma 24K Chicken Broth 
  • ½ C Gluten-free pho rice noodles (*or zucchini noodles if on Reset program)
  • ¼ C Chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 Green onion stem, slivered
  • ¼ C Bean sprouts
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • ½ C Mushrooms (optional)
  • 3-5 Jalepeños, slivered
  • ½ Lime juice
  • Hot sauce, as desired

Directions:

  • Bring 16oz of water to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and add:
  • Kroma 24K Chicken Broth
  • Bok choy, cut in half 
  • Green onion stem, slivered
  • Chicken, shredded or dice

  • In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and soak noodles for 2-4 minutes 
  • 1/2 C Gluten-free pho rice noodles (*or zucchini noodles if on Reset program)

  • Combine all components in a large ceramic bowl, add toppings and spices as desired. 

Toppings:

  • Bean sprouts
  • Basil leaves
  • Jalapeño 
  • Lime 
  • Hot sauce 

Veggie Broth with Miso + Coconut Milk Soup

Kroma Reset Approved

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C Kroma Veggie Broth with Miso 
  • 6oz Unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ C Tofu (drained + cut into small pieces)
  • ½ Ginger, peeled + diced
  • ¼ C Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juice
  • 3-5 Jalapenos, sliced
  • Cilantro, handful

Directions:

  • Bring 10oz of water to a boil, reduce to medium heat and add:
  • Kroma Veggie Broth with Miso
  • Ginger

  • Add in + cook for 3 minutes:
  • Unsweetened coconut milk
  • Mushrooms 
  • Tofu

  • Bring to a simmer + cook for 1 minute:
  • Lime juice 
  • Jalapeños 
  • Cilantro 

Thai Curry Broth

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kroma Chicken or Vegetable Broth sachet
  • 12-16oz water
  • 1 tsp Thai green curry paste
  • ¼ C coconut milk
  • ½ C shredded bok choy
  • ½ C spiraled zucchini
  • 1 handful assorted mushrooms (enoki, reishi, shitake)
  • 5-7 cilantro leaves
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Boil 12-16oz of water
  • Add Kroma Chicken or Vegetable Broth sachet + Thai green curry paste to hot water
  • Heat 1 tbsp of coconut or avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bok choy, spiraled zucchini + mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Pour bone broth over bok choy and zucchini and add coconut milk. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add lime juice, basil + cilantro
  • Sprinkle with hemp seeds

Optional:

  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee or olive oil for satiation and fat burning
  • Add ¼ C of roasted organic chicken for additional protein

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kroma Vanilla Plant Protein sachet
  • 12-16oz of nut milk or coconut water
  • 1 C fresh spinach
  • ½ C frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Add Kroma Vanilla Plant Protein sachet, nut milk or coconut water, spinach and blueberries to your blender and blend for 2 minutes
  • Add ice and blend for 1 minute
  • Sprinkle with hemp seeds

Optional:

  • Use ½ nut milk + ½ coconut water or ½ nut milk and ½ water as desired

Super Porridge Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • ¾ C Kroma Super Porridge
  • ¾ C non-dairy milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • ½ banana, sliced (add when cooking)

Directions:

  • Cook with butter, ghee, or coconut oil

Toppings:

  • Drizzle Kroma OMG Cookie Butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Banana / fresh berries

Baked Super Porridge

Optional Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of coconut yogurt to center
  • Sprinkle coconut sugar on top

  • 5-7 chocolate chips

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ C Kroma Super Porridge

  • ¼ C non-dairy milk
  • ¼ C apple sauce or mashed banana
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix ingredients (and optional ingredients) in a small bowl
  • Pour into a small oven-safe ramekin
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes
