Vegan Super Fudgy Brookie Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Brownie Layer
1 1/2 C Almond flour
1 TSP Baking powder
1/3 C Cocoa powder
2 T Tapioca flour
2 T Kroma Spicy Passion Latte
1/3 C Kroma OMG Cookie Butter
1/3 C Unsweetened dairy-free milk
1/3 C Maple syrup
1/2 T Vanilla extract
Cookie Layer
1 C Oat flour
1/4 C Almond flour
1/3 C Almond milk
1/4 C Maple syrup
1/3 C Kroma OMG Cookie Butter
1/3 C Vegan mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix the brownie layer ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms.
- Place brownie mixture in a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper or greased. Set aside.
- Mix the cookie layer ingredients until thoroughly combined. Then spread cookie mixture on top of the brownie layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Remove loaf from oven and let cool COMPLETELY before cutting into it. NOTE: this bread is super fudgy and moist.
Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
