How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Points will automatically be added to your account for you to redeem on future rewards. Please note that you must create an account to redeem your points. Any discount code/gift card value used at checkout will not contribute to your point earnings.

How can I use my points?

Points can be redeemed for discounts on our Resets or used as payment at checkout!

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There's no limit to the number of points you can earn, and there's no limit to the number of friends you can refer!

Do I receive points for past Kroma purchases?

You will begin earning eligible Loyalty points from April 13, 2022 onward. Any purchases made prior to this time will not be eligible toward Kroma Rewards.

Do points expire?

Yes, your points expire after 12 months after the issuance date.

How do I earn points for my product review?

You must be a verified buyer. Please submit your review through the Review Request Email that will be sent to the email address associated with your order 14 days after your purchase.

What happens if I return an item purchased with Points?

Any items purchased with Points may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item. If Points and cash were used, the amount of cash and Points used for the purchase will be refunded respectively.

Can I pay for my order with points?

Yes. If you are logged in, you will see an area at checkout showcasing your total points and the number you can apply towards your order. Use the + / - to apply the desired number of points and enjoy your well-earned discount! Please note that if you use your points to pay for your order, you will not be able to also apply a discount code.
