ABOUT YOUR ORDER

We know you’re excited to get your Kroma order! Our store sends a shipping confirmation and package tracking # to the email or mobile phone you included on your order when your package leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order by using this link.
Once your order is successfully submitted, it goes to the Kroma warehouse for processing and packaging. We try to process orders within 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours. When your order leaves the warehouse, it will be routed to one of our 3rd party shippers. The shipper will then deliver in the window according to the shipping method you chose at checkout.
Depending on the status of your order, we may or may not be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us at help@kromawellness.com with the subject line Cancel My Order. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it. If it has already shipped to you, we cannot cancel it.
We do our best to get your products out the door as fast as possible! Once your order has been submitted, no changes can be made. Your order moves almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To order additional products, you’ll want to place a new order. If you need to cancel your existing order, we can try to do that if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please email help@kromawellness.com with the subject line Cancel My Order.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we’re happy to change your shipping address. Please contact help@kromawellness.com with the subject line Change My Address, and include the name on the order, your order #, and the new shipping address. If your order has already left our warehouse, we cannot change your shipping address.
The billing address on your order is tied to the credit card used to place your order, and cannot be changed once your order is submitted.
If you ordered a 5-Day Lifestyle Reset and you also ordered Daily Essentials, your Reset box will ship separately from your Daily Essentials.
Most orders do get delivered in the estimated time window. You’ll want to calculate 1-2 days processing in the Kroma warehouse, then add the shipping time for the delivery method you chose. However, shippers can experience unexpected delays due to weather, staffing shortages, or other unforeseen events.
There are a few reasons why your shipping code may not work. First, it may be expired, as all discount codes have an expiration date. Second, we generally only honor one discount or promotion code at a time, and you may already have a code in your shopping cart. Lastly, a code may be related to your shopping history with Kroma, and our store may not recognize the code as valid. If you are trying to use a discount code you believe to be valid and it’s not working, please email us at help@kromawellness.com

SHIPPING

Our warehouse works Monday through Friday. Most Kroma orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours, but it can take up to 48 hours. Occasionally there’s an address or credit card issue that might hold up your order a bit longer — but that doesn’t happen very often.
We do! You’ll notice that our shopping cart defaults to no signature required. But we strongly suggest that you choose the signature required shipping method when you complete your order so you can be sure your products are delivered safely into your hands.
Kroma currently offers three shipping options: Express, Standard, and Ground. In addition, you can choose whether or not to require a signature for your package delivery when you select your shipping method. Please calculate shipping speed starting at the time your package is expected to leave our warehouse, generally 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Also note, some shippers may not deliver to your area on Saturdays.
Once your order leaves the Kroma warehouse, Express shipping should deliver to you 1-2 business days later. Please note that not all shippers deliver to all addresses on Saturday, so that could mean 1-2 weekdays. In addition, Kroma uses 3rd party shippers to deliver our products, and cannot guarantee shipping times. Shippers may experience delays due to weather, staffing, and other factors beyond our control.
Once your order leaves the Kroma warehouse, Standard shipping should deliver to you 3-4 business days later. Please note that not all shippers deliver to all addresses on Saturday, so that could mean 3-4 weekdays. In addition, Kroma uses 3rd party shippers to deliver our products, and cannot guarantee shipping times. Shippers may experience delays due to weather, staffing, and other factors beyond our control.
Ground shipping times will depend on your geographic location, with western state orders arriving earliest and central and eastern states taking a bit longer. Once your order leaves the Kroma warehouse, Ground shipping should deliver to you 5-8 days later. Please note that not all shippers deliver to all addresses on Saturday, so that could mean 5-8 weekdays. In addition, Kroma uses 3rd party shippers to deliver our products, and cannot guarantee shipping times. Shippers may experience delays due to weather, staffing, and other factors beyond our control.
Many international customers are eager to get their Kroma products. We are working on global shipping and hope to ship overseas in the near future. Currently, Kroma only ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do. One of our shippers is the United States Postal Service, who ships to PO Boxes. If your street address is not serviced by any of the most common shippers, your best bet is to have your order sent to your PO Box.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are very sorry, but as a general rule Kroma does not offer refunds. We take your health and safety very seriously. As a food manufacturer, we ensure that all items are properly sealed and free of tampering. Once your order has been delivered and the package has been opened, we can no longer vouch for product safety and cannot restock those items. If you believe you have an unusual situation and feel you need to return your Kroma product, please email us at help@kromawellness.com.
We are very sorry, but as a general rule Kroma does not allow product returns. If you have changed your mind about your Kroma products and your package has not yet been opened, we may be able to take your product back if it is returned to us unopened and in good condition. However, you must pay the return shipping and a restocking fee. In addition, we cannot refund your original shipping cost. If you have an unusual situation and need to return your Kroma products, please contact us at help@kromawellness.com.

The Deluxe box includes a set of gorgeous accessories intended to simplify — and amplify! — your Reset experience. You'll get our shiny Kroma exclusive gold spoon for scooping and mixing, a beautiful Kroma Elemental tumbler for meals on-the-go, a Kroma frother for the perfect latte, and a sleek Kroma hemp purse that fits a day's worth of Reset superfood sachets. You'll also get a few delicious superfoods not included in the Signature 5-Day Reset: 3 Change Your Life Chai Lattes, a Perfect Fast Ginger Turmeric Tea, and a container of Level Up Coconut Creamer with MCT Oil.

The Signature Reset includes the complete 5-day meal plan and ingredients, and has everything you need for a great Reset experience. It simply does not include the above accessories. Many customers use it as a refill after they've purchased the Deluxe, or simply as a starter kit alternative to the Deluxe.

OTHER

We care very much about Mother Earth, and have taken steps to ensure that our products and packaging are as sustainable as possible. Our food sachets are made from post-consumer recycled materials. Our Reset boxes and product jars are 100% recyclable, and are 3rd party certified by Paperbox.org. Our cardboard shipping boxes also use post-consumer material, and are certified with the SFI logo. The Kroma app will prepare and guide our 5-Day Lifestyle Reset customers through their experience. We expect to make it available in the Apple app store sometime this fall. Meanwhile, the information you need to successfully experience your Reset is available in the brochure that comes with your Reset box.
