How long does a subscription last?
As long as you want! There is no minimum term requirement. Subscribe for a couple of months or a couple of years — you decide when to cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription?

What if I want to add more items?
You can — any time! Simply log into your account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. From there, click ‘Subscriptions’, then click ‘Add a product.' You can add one-time purchases or additional subscriptions. Select the item, the frequency, and other shipment details, then click ‘Add a product’ at the bottom of the page. How does the Reset subscription work?
Subscribing to 5-Day Resets is a great way to create your own Reset ritual. Our 5-Day Reset subscription allows you to purchase any 5-Day Reset edition on a subscription frequency of your choice — 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. You will receive the Reset Edition purchased for the first shipment. For all subsequent shipments you will receive The 5-Day Reset: Signature Edition, for as long as you are subscribed. You can change, skip, or cancel shipments at any time. Contact us at help@kromawellness.com with any questions or if you need assistance with your subscription.
How do I know when my subscription will renew?
You will receive an email to remind you of your upcoming subscription charge 15 days prior to renewal. If you need to make any changes, you can do so up until the day before your renewal date. Renewals are based on the frequency you chose when you subscribed. For example, if your first subscription was ordered with a 30-day frequency, your subscription will renew every 30 days from the date of first purchase until you change or cancel.
Can I use text messaging to manage my subscription?
