Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours (can be longer during high-volume periods). Once shipped, orders are routed to one of our trusted third-party carriers. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout but range from 5-10 business days. Some carriers do not deliver on weekends, and delays may occur due to weather, staffing, or other factors beyond our control.

United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and select European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) unless otherwise noted.

*Free Shipping:
All free shipping offers are limited to Ground service to the continental US only. Free shipping is offered for all subscription orders and orders valued at $150+.

Package Protection:
Package protection is available at checkout for coverage against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
