Super Porridge Protein Balls

 

You're going to love these superfood infused protein balls inspired by Kroma's superstar recipe creator, Lexi Odenweller.  This delicious recipe combines our Super Porridge and our Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein that's non-isolate, lectin-free and easy to digest and loaded with 9/9 essential amino acids. This healthy treat makes the perfect  protein snack pre or post workout, or any time of day.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 C Kroma Super Porridge
1/2 C Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Powder
1/2 C Smooth Almond Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 T Chia seeds (do not skip)
2-4 T nut milk of choice (or water)
Optional add ins: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, raisins, nuts or seeds
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all Ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the mixture looks wet and crumbly. Using your hands form the mixture into small balls. Enjoy!
  2. Storage: place in an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to a week.
  3. Stays fresh in freezer for up to 2 months.
