Eating less is the best way to a healthy looking body
The easy one is the cookie butter, but I love the hydration and the broths too!
Knowing that I am adding life to my years and years to my life by choosing to do hard things in the present.
I do a version of that. I work out incredibly hard so I can enjoy food and if I’m feeling like a cheat meal (something that isn’t necessarily on my normal routine) I give myself that grace and go for it.

HIIT TRAINING I love spiking my heart rate and building muscle at the same time and I see the best version of my body when I am consistently doing this.

I try to take naps when my body tells me to and not feel bad about getting a quick one in! We have a red light sauna, I plunge everyday and LOVE my therabody jet boots!
Count my blessings and remind myself how lucky I am to be alive.
Limit screens before bed and don’t eat too close to bedtime
