Veggie Broth with Miso + Coconut Milk Soup Recipe
Nothing beats a warm, comforting bowl of hearty soup. This soup, made with Kroma’s Veggie Broth with Plant Protein, is a healthy, unassuming, bursting-with-flavor dish that’s sure to leave you feeling warm and fuzzy.

6oz Unsweetened coconut milk
¼ C Tofu, drained + cut into small pieces
½ Ginger, peeled + diced
¼ C Mushrooms, chopped
1 Lime, juice
3-5 Jalapeños, sliced
- Bring 10oz of water to a boil, then reduce to medium heat
- Add Kroma Veggie Broth and ginger
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Add unsweetened coconut milk, mushrooms, and tofu
- Bring to a simmer
- Add lime juice, jalapeños, and cilantro
- Cook for 1 minute
