In the spirit of sharing, we sifted through Slack, social, and of course, our lively group text chain to bring you some of our favorite hacks for making the Reset extra tasty and fun.
Just like at your local coffee shop, everyone knows how they like their Matcha. Kroma Founder Lisa Odenweller swears by a double scoop for a total of 12g protein, while Co-Founder Lexi loves hers on ice. Latte creativity abounds on TikTok, where we’ve seen Beauty Matcha Lattes combined with muddled strawberries, citrus and rose, and, for even more creamy decadence and extra healthy fats, our Superfood Creamer.
A little culinary ingenuity will ensure your twice-daily Broths never get old. Chef, nutritionist, and friend of Kroma Adina Niemerow uses a classic Kroma combination of 24K Chicken Bone Broth and Ultimate Vitality Latte to form the coconutty, turmeric-spiced base for her simple vegetable soup. While your broth simmers, saute chopped cauliflower, zucchini, and bok choy (or whatever’s in the fridge), then add your softened veggies to the broth to continue cooking.
Cauliflower rice and zucchini noodles will both add low-carb heft to your bowl. For extra protein, especially if you’re on the Active protocol, throw in some shredded chicken breast, steamed cod (one of Lexi’s faves), or wild-caught salmon. Top your bowl with your favorite vegetables — try sliced shiitake mushrooms, steamed broccoli, or julienned carrot — for a healthy spin on ramen. Add a squeeze of lime to brighten, or scatter with fresh herbs.
